Magnificent location in Duval district next to Duval St The rooms, cruise ship, and the better restaurants.

Wonderful hotel with amazingly nice personnel and awesome view of ocean down simonton street. Good room, large bathroom. Marvellous and amazing location - short walk from Frangipani Gallery. Set in a wonderful area right by the nightlife and the " party area. Great to have a poolside restaurant with beautiful view.

Everything was simply nice. The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were top-class. We had studio suite with a bedroom and a nice view, as for instance.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

Reasonably spacious rooms with an excellent view of the ocean. Exceptionally comfortable bed, very, very nice and courteous team from the very nice manager. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

I had a great time here and will be back. Everything here was great and my room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Most of the staff were very courteous. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. Fortunately, it had wifi throughout the property.

Fairly clean place with very very nice and courteous staff and excellent view of the ocean. Reasonably spacious room, had a fabulous stay for this basic service.

Incredibly nice staff from the very nice manager and the location was marvellous and stunning is located at Spencer by the sea. I’d say that room was well-appointed and exceptionally clean, it had a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator, that's convenient.

The place is absolutely great and has awesome location to marinas. The service is nice with private parking available and delicious meals. They offer wake up calls and ironing at no cost too.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with clean, soft sand and beautiful views. The beach attendants were helpful and set up chairs and an umbrella for us. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the courtyard with its interesting bronze sculptures added a unique touch to the property.

Additionally, the expensive valet parking at $35 a day was a drawback. Lastly, it was unfortunate that the pier was closed during our stay, as it would have been a great spot to watch the sunrise.

Location Clean Your pool man was entertaining

A little on the stuffy side, the hotel across the road offered so much more fun things to do, like music and dancing. The food prices were a little too much especially when you just wanted to have a small breakfast and all you could do was have a buffett. The bar wasn't open late enough to have a few drinks by the water before going to bed. The convience store was a little over priced and was not open late enough if you needed something.

The restaurant was AMAZING with beautiful view, I tried wonderful dishes. The pool was heated and I had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was fantastic, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service. The pool area and beach were beautiful, just a short golf cart ride away. The hotel's location was perfect, close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. We were able to enjoy the beach and also explore the city easily. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff took great care of us.

For us, it was ideal.

service poolside was not the best. It took them to long to get drinks etc.

The total stay was nice on a vacation. The staff was consistently courteous and catered to my every need. I got a well-appointed and perfectly clean room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Loved food selection, meals were fantastic and they have variety of options. No complaints, the venue met needs.
